Alright, I finally fucking did it. I figured out how to use XLOOKUP in a more advanced way. Turns out using the "&" symbol is how you can force a lookup of two different columns to get the right result, and weed out the surprisingly decent amount of false positives I was getting where any final Peak CCV count that was identical to another one would pull the first result, and not the one on the right date.
As a result, I now have a (as far as I know) perfect spreadsheet to keep track of the EN Tally, with the bare minimum of manual adjustment required. Here is how this spreadsheet records the current point count from everyone who has ever streamed above 5,000 CCV on Youtube and been recorded on the EN Tally:
