Within a single day there's been 187 posts and a few discussions, like her hiccups being real/a mental tic, the time she gave out stupid credit card advice, the condition of her channel before moving. There's never going to be major discussions taking place in the split threads, that's just the way they are. It's mainly one off posts, sharing pictures and admiration. As mentioned before, other EN Holos (but not all) are little more active because they don't post as much about their oshi in /hlgg/, and have openly admitted this.
If you're looking for an IRC like environment, where it's constantly ongoing, then go to her discord server or something like that. I don't use it since I've heard it's full of retards, but I imagine it's a lot faster than here if that more your thing.
