Gatys, Alexander S. Ecker, and Matthias Bethge.DDG does not explicitly state how they are processing the images, but I wouldn't be surprised if the "Deep Style" option is using a different implementation of the same algorithm or even the same code.
If you use the same image and "style" - the output is about as close as you can get it, given the different measurements they both use for the "Weight" parameters: percentages in multiples of 20 for DDG, and a seemingly arbitrary scale from 10-3000 on Ostagram. Compare
