One thing about VShojo being only one step above an elevated friend group is the trends that come and go. One of them finds someone they like, the others find that they really like the results this artist produces, and then they all rush to get assets from that same person. When Snuffy got an Artgun model at the start of the year it was followed very quickly by Vei, Mouse and Nyan getting one. That was after the trend last year of JJ models that Silver and Zen are still rocking. And now the latest person everyone is going to seems to be Yoolie, who mysteriously appeared on the Minecraft server with no announcement shortly after it began, and then again during their Halloween party. Last night Snuffy went live and simply debuted a new model with no warning or fanfare. A 3D version of her Smilfy model! One that was so impressive plenty of people weren't even aware it was 3D until the arms started to move. She proceeded to do karaoke, and though she's still not a trained singer in any way there was plenty of SOUL to her enthusiasm, probably coupled with the extended period we had to go without her recently.
And now? As in, literally right this very minute, we have Nyan debuting her own Yoolie model. Though unlike Snuffy, who commissioned the personification of sex for her own amusement Nyan's new model is an idol look to prepare for VILLS in December! It's completely usable in VR Chat so seeing it move around and emote is really interesting. Expect the thread to be filled with more screenshots since the end of the prior thread is absolutely dominated by them. It's also great to see it in motion since, until now, we've only really had still images or pre-made animations with which to admire it. And this is just Nyan's, as one also exists for both Silver and Mouse, ready to be used at any time. And then the rest of the group has one that's been designed, even if not modeled yet! What's coming up next? A full idol concert with dance moves and skits and musical performances?
Probably not, but it's fun to imagine. Regardless SotD with Risu is delayed to next week, and Mouse is going to be participating in an Apex event with about 20 other streamers tonight. So expect things to get busy! During these busy times make sure to keep things comfy in the thread by ignoring bait, and being excellent to each other.
