Youtube is Susan. She dictates the priorities. She delegates the work. She controls the structure of the company. If the wrong person is in the wrong job, it comes back to Susan. If a problem occurs, it goes back to Susa. If a problem goes unfixed for months or even years on end, it goes back to Susan. There is no "youtube LLC", just Susans bundle of infrastructure and liquid equity. Humanizing corporations is a fallacy that obfuscates the nature of their command structure and the ethics of their ownership. A corporation is nothing but the things (labour, assets, contracts, intellectual property) that a person or set of individuals own, the owners bear sole responsibility for its shortcomings or failures, not the nebulous collection of things they own.
