All the work goes into the manga right? The art looks like pretty high-quality legit-manga stuff, whoever "Hizaki Gamma" was probably got paid a decent commission
And yet, you already needed to have known about this tweet from their official twitter to even know about the manga, right?
Meaning through other sources you likely already knew about the existence of Uproar and what they're like since you're the type of person who follows the official holostars twitter account and they've already tweeted other things about Uproar
So I dunno, from a marketing perspective I just dont get how doing a high-quality manga short side-by-side with a tweet like this isnt a waste of money
