The thing is, to build a rep for yourself if the model is a debuff or you don't immediately click with audiences, it's not an all or nothing game where people just instantly love or hate you forever for it and there's nothing you can do.
Sana seems to think (if I were to speculate) that her position is static and she can never dig herself out and she's best just ignoring everything else going on and disconnecting herself from caring because she'll never be a contender. She -could- be, if she just pulled out all the stops and streamed like a madwoman like Koyori. Constant streaming = more random moments to clip but also importantly more time to build a repertoire between yourself and the audience. She's never broken out of that early phase of being a Holo where you're very guarded and leaning on your lore and early jokes and it'll take effort to do that and evolve as a streamer. If she just doesn't wanna take any of that seriously and doesn't wanna be a good streamer then well, okay.. people are quick to blame her for that but really I'd blame the management for picking her and then also failing to motivate her to want to succeed, never giving a convincing pep talk to try.
