Mio's thing doesn't work because we know her roommate isn't actually bad looking really and she's already got the older 'mommy mio' reputation going so probably would see it as like "yep, I'm like an old lady."
Porka Orca is literally just derived from Poruka Oruka. She fucking calls herself that. She also literally is masochistic and actively wants to be made fun of hard and picked on (.. she's, she's kind of weird like that).
The only one who'd complain is Ayame who is rather unlikely to see this thing as she's not very in-touch with fandom/western stuff. This is the person who couldn't be assed to make a 30 second recording for Miko's comeback out of the entire damn HoloJP roster. There are some things she cares about, but many she does not, and I don't see her being into silly fandom stuff at fucking all. Coco, Polka etc would love this kind of thing (I think Coco actually already has openly said she likes it) but not all Holos are comedians.
