1. Get GIMP and G'MIC
2. Scale your image to ~400 height, then unlink and double only the width
3. Go to Filters > G'MIC Qt > Arrays and Tiles > ASCII Art
4. Copy these settings

6. Play with the "Analysis Smoothness" slider until it looks good
7. Hit Apply and open your text file (default Documents\gmic_asciiart.txt)
8. Copy and paste into your reply
Tips
-Simple, high contrast images work best
-Crop tightly
-Resize your image if it's too big
-Try to max out the 5000 character limit
-Delete unnecessary lines
-Scroll the preview to zoom out
-Some images might need you to bump the contrast
-Changing the background sometimes improves it
-Some ASCIIs look better in white on black, change it in "result type"
-You can spoiler white on black ASCIIs to make it look as intended on Yotsuba B
-Preview your post by expanding the reply box
-You can search for ASCIIs in the archive using "___*" and copy them directly
