It's the fact that there's literally no "Fair Use" in Japan, which means nothing to protect themselves if they get hit by a copyright strike.
Coco got hit by a copyright strike before while showing a meme and any manga/anime rights owner can suddenly attack Cover if they want.
It happened before, and it might happen again in the future.
