Behaviour is on a quest to build the biggest game studio possible out of the least competent devs on the planet
WB is full of senile devs who are stuck 20 years in the past
I would say Eidos is decent but still have some major shortcomings as evidenced by GoTG
I also love the incredibly shitty Indie offshoots of "ex-AAAs" that pop up every year, which are always comprised of devs too shit to advance in AAA studios and middle managers who deluded themselves into thinking they could become creative directors of their very own.
