JP has plenty of streams because they have plenty of people and can set up lots of different collabs from smaller ones like one on one Clubhouse 51 or cooking streams, to larger ones like the Pokemon metronome tournament. EN literally would not even be able to field enough for the metronome tourney unless they were all not busy/sick at the same time and in the same timezone, which they are not. Hell, even now if we didn't have Koyori and Kaela we'd definitely have more dead hours because other Holos are constantly busy or on break. People want EN3 for more collabs and potential "kino", but also to fill in dead hours, especially if Council is about to start getting busy with 3D recording and the like too.
