>>405525People born in a five year range between Millenials and Zoomers, typically in the range of '95 to '00.
They're characterized by not fitting within either generational archetype well, and being unable to fit in well in general. They're the kids who were in grade school/pre-school when 9/11 happened; spent their childhood in the aftermath of the Great Recession, and spent their adult years in college learning to do jobs that could often not exist by the time they finished their major. As they graduate out of college with Bachelor's degrees, they find themselves in the midst of the Plague, and most of their job prospects are completely eliminated because of it, or at least significantly impacted.
That is the generation that was raised on this place, or tumblr, or any of the sites that attracted them. They're the last ones to learn online privacy in the world before the new age took over. The people above them still see the Internet as an additional part of their lives, while the people below them never knew a life without it. The Lost Children are disconnected from both.
The Lost Children are named that because they truly are lost. There is no place for them in the world, these 20-25 year olds who have no knowledge of the world before them, but do not fit into the world they live in.
