Alright, let me DEBOONK this. First off, the thot doesn't even use the #mumei tag on her official uploads, she uses the hiragana for Mumei on all her recently uploaded videos and shorts. You can check this yourself on her channel:

However, the #mumei tag was being used by content reuploaders MONTHS before the recent sub growth and everyone outside Japan is going to be using this tag for her content:

If you check it, she isn't quite doing iron man numbers and the recent reuploads are all in the mid-4view and even 3-view range. However there is a single short that blew up and the upload date was 6 months ago.
tl;dr: The actual thot is using #むめい and the overwhelming results for that are the thot with Mumei clips sprinkled in. #mumei is overwhelmingly Mumei clips and content in terms of videos. This hashtag is the one that is being used by reuploaders, however the recent shorts all have shit views.
