Reheating pizza in the oven? Get a spray bottle and spray some water on it, the food will still heat up but won't brown as much meaning you can get moist, fresh-out-of-the-oven pizza without your shit getting dry or burnt.
Same for bread, spray bread with water, put it in the oven (or toaster) and you will get the fresh bread experience.
You can easily nail the consistency of any sauce by adding or removing water (unless you can't boil out the water, in which case, better plan ahead).
Another protip: water physically can't heat up past 212 F without turning into steam and going byebye, meaning turning up the heat on a pan with water in it will increase the rate of water evaporation but won't cook your shit harder or faster.
>Won't it make my shit dry/wet/burnt/soggyNah that's the whole point, moisture is your dial. You have the control.
