He freaks out a little, but pledges that he'll make sure her and her child(ren) will be healthy
He's then accosted by some weird stalker in the woods just before she goes into labor, and is pushed off a cliff and fucking dies
He's then reborn as one of his oshi's twin children (the other one being the girl with cancer)
Some time passes, and she does great idol things because she found real love (that she'd never been able to feel since she was abandoned as a child and stuffs and became an idol to try and find) for her children
The stalker psycho then finds them at their house after some stuff and he stabs her and goes on a rant about how she's awful (just like schizos here) and she responds with telling him everything she knows about him and how he was a dedicated fan, causing him to freak out (because he realized he's a fucking schizo asshole) and goes off to kill himself while she bleeds out and she has a moment with her kids
MC-kun then deduces that
their father is a fucking serial killer psycho that tipped off stalker man so that he'd kill their mother and pledges to find him and kill him as revengeEnd of episode 1, then stuffs happen and it turns into act-age a little bit down the line, not actually much to do with idols after the premise
