>>51262305>Except she was never reprimanded for any of these things individually or in totalityyes I know, and she should have been. That was my whole point.
In fact, if you remember, this whole thing started with some retard talking about the 'yabs' that Myth and Council had done - I responded by saying that no, none of them were serious, only Mori's were because they were things that could potentially get someone fired. That was my whole argument. I wasn't arguing that she actually had been punished, just that she would (and probably should have) based on the nature of her transgressions and that this proved the point that only her transgressions were actually serious.
>your only defense when this was brought to your attention was to claim Cover is incompetent, which situationally may be trueok so you agree with me then?
>there are also numerous past instances where they have cracked down on what they deemed flagrant talent behavior, up to an including terminationyeah, like I said inconsistent. Situationally incompetent/competent, as you said.
Also, of course Rushia got terminated, what she did was obviously worse than anything Mori has done, but collectively, all of the things Mori did could get someone fired and should if Cover was more professional. That it didn't happen is neither here not there.
>Your insistence that she would get fired in any other situational is equally baselessno it's based on the real world and my experience of how normal companies operate. Employees don't just get away with consistent unprofessional behavior.
>now go awaynah
