Kiryu Coco has been suffering from Chinese spam comments from October last year.
She was trying to combat spam, but the Hololive's management response was sloppy.

The following is recent exchange between Kiryu Coco and Hololive's operation.

1. She proposed to employ moderators with her money, but Hololive's operation denied.
2. She proposed to pass authority to well-known listener, but Hololive's operation denied. (Other Hololive's members already have done.)
3. She passed authority to well-known listener at her own discretion, Hololive took this authority without a break.
4. She handed over to the Hololive's operation to put the Chinese spam compiled by her on the NG list, but Hololive's operation made them moderators not NG list. As a result, some general listener was blocked by Chinese spam moderators.
5. She made Hololive's operation apologize on twitter, but Hololive's operation did not mention this mismanagement, only tweet "Some users may have been accidentally blocked".
6. Those who can now legally become moderators such as Hololive's illustrator are making the Chinese spam NG in good faith.
