>>59980177This pretty much sums up what made me a Sanalite. She was like the Danny DeVito moment for me when it came to Vtubers. Space is such a cold and empty place so personifying it with a giant ray of sunshine like her felt oddly appropriate and fun. She'll always be my favorite design and personality.
Watching her persevere through Celeste and Rhythm Heaven and Pokegrinding with just a positive attitude for several hours made me so happy. And just wholesome moments like her talking about cake and her travels around the world, and always lifting up her genmates, it was the kind of energy that's very obvious if it's faked (debut Bae was guilty of this) but for her seemed very natural. She also had other good moments like calling out Nintendo's BS with IP handling, and shutting down the unfunny amogus jokes almost day 1, and giving good perspectives on the amount of work that went into some aspects of character design (something she was apparently doing for work, as we would discover).
And her relationship with Council is unfortunately underrated. She's still the only person in Council to legitimately help Kronii with her projects in Minecraft, and let Mumei feel like a grownup in every collab by out-sillying her, or get into deeper convos with Fauna about plants and tea, or share in all of the Aussie scuff and quirks that Bae experienced from their side of the world. I still think a bit of a void is left from Sana's absence, especially now that Bae is the only one with the accent to joke about, but thankfully the group's bond has grown strong.
