Freezing veggies or fruit alters the texture and taste objectively, but it doesn't ruin the nutrients. Instead, properly-frozen foodstuffs reduces the speed of degradation.
Never-frozen veggies or fruit will obviously taste better and have better mouthfeel, but unless you're eating them within hours of being picked or harvested, they'll always be worse nutritionally.
You can enjoy your fresh fruit all you want, and it's not like they become rotten mush after a few hours, but it's objective fact that frozen stuff is almost always better nutritionally, and always objectively better nutritionally for anything out of season.
