If what she said is true I kinda understand why it feels like a lot of EN girls are a bit...disconnected from Holo, I guess, the last year or so. Seems JP really do get all the opportunities even internally, because scheduling is more convenient and they make more, so I can see how that'd demotivate them from giving it their all when even if they do they won't be rewarded for it. You can say Cover is a business and its true but they're also a talent agency and keeping their contractors happy is a big part of that, plus it seems to me like the lack of support for EN events is probably contributing to why they fail to move as much merch or draw as big a crowd for them. Kinda think they need to accept they have to commit to enabling some less profitable events (not at the expense of JP ones, but in addition to them) before they burn relations with their EN talents and to renew the branch a bit.
