given how many of them complain about behind the scenes work, perms hell (including the boys for their podcast? stuff, which they also dropped, one of the others, the fish archer man waited like 5 months for them to get back to him regarding some ghost lore podcast as well), I'm not surprised that any of them drop their passion projects. Had she gotten the support she needed, she would have been an amazing leader in a more traditional corporate job, likely something in tech or software

They don’t give her the opportunity or much incentive to flex her natural talent, cover only seems to care about being idols in the traditional JP sense.
