Even for the Holos who weren't particularly close to her, and that seems to be few, except for ones like Ayame, someone of her success leaving definitely would cause a lot of her coworkers to re-evaluate their situation. Many of the Holos fall to the typical Japanese headspace of just "grin and bear it" and "try your best." Coco leaving surely put a damper on their spirits.
