At least they should fire everybody involved with this PR disaster - all thr managers who approved termination notice and elira's stream.
If it was all Elira they still can leave her in but detach her from any kind of managerial role and stop preferential treatment (outside of common sense one).
They should make more public statements too - nothing too crazy but acknowledge problems with EN management and demonstrate what kind of actions were taken and what can be expected.
But honestly? NijiEN stagnated in the end of 2022 already. It's hard to imagine how they actually can turn things around.
