Remember when Gura said one of her big music projects was dead in the water? That's, because she knew Ame is leaving and they're not going to finish it before Ame's departure.
Mori also had projects with Ame.
They knew that when Ame leaves it's over. That work is gone and can't be done.
But Ame found a loophole. She decided to graduate without graduating. Her "conclusion of streaming activities" was her way of saving all the projects her friends had. She could've graduated, or just left, but because she loves her friends, she found a loophole that'll let them finish what they started.
