It's not saving at this point, she just started. It's been 5 weeks, barely more than a month. She's shown more than big corporate tubers by this point - variety streams, chat interaction, collabs, shorts, very niche games, popular games, covers and an original song.
Post her wherever you can.
Many Mumei hopium addicts me included may pick her up because she's what they've been hoping for - a nerdy history enjoyer and strategy player.
Cather to /vst/, she has Stellaris and CK3 in her favourites and said that Age of Empires 2 was her first game.

I actually don't want her to grow very big, because many value that rare chat interaction they can have with smaller chuubas and I can understand them, but she still deserves to go bigger.

Just find people who would be willing to start watching her and start the shilling.

NijiEN's Selen Tatsuki was meant to be a strategy player too but then turned out that she's basically a first timer in her Starcraft campaign. Same might go for Rosemi Lovelock
There were two other Nijisanji strategy players, like actual strategy players and not random streams like Ban Hada's and other NijiKR's Starcraft stream.
Search for those who might actually be interested in a real strategy chuuba.

I don't think Holo/Niji do any form of scouting. Unless she auditions by herself she's nowhere to advance.
But I actually would prefer her to stay where she is. I don't mean by that for her to stay at two-digit viewer count but to not change her persona or agency. I highly doubt if she'd have as much freedom as right now.

/asp/ talked about it, HoloEN Gen 2 auditions were held during COVID and when indie's numbers are massively deflated compared to current indies despite being poorer quality overall in ability. I think it's okay for both threads to live right now. Lumi is the /his/ + /vst/ gem and it really stands out. The rest of CyberLive are by no means worse, but you can't deny that a strategy/history chuuba is rare. She needs some extra light, at least for now.
The goal is, of course, to have both generals about both the girls and CyberLive.

Nah, debuff games are legit. Even the most popular strategy streamer won't hold a candle to the amount of people that an average minecraft streamer can rope into watching. Her bitrate was over Twitch's maximum which may had something to do with that, but it's better for her to stream at 720/4500 bitrate, or something similar. The quality will be a bit lower, but it'll allow more users to view since about half of all users on Twitch view from a non-desktop device and most of those are running on mobile data or wifi. I've see people go up a fair amount in viewers just due to that alone.

Streaming solely at 1080p /6k Bitrate on Twitch isn't really the best idea if you want to really go for "true" min-maxing would should prioritize having the most viewers.

You are right, but I would say being able to stream to places with weaker internet is the bigger reason rather than mobile. No offence to mobile viewers, but I can't imagine mobile viewing retention rate is high considering how heavy streaming is on data/battery consumption.

You're right about helping people with trash internet, but mobile retention rate leads to desktop retention rate as well. Imagine you're a normal user who doesn't get shilled to the same way and you catch Lumi live while working in your wagey cage. I've got a handful of viewers that almost exclusively watch from Mobile because of their work, and they're core community members at this point.

I had a whole spiel typed up on why Youtube doesn't really matter for vtubers as far as streamed content goes but for a dual-streamer I can see why it would.

I'm a huge advocator for focusing solely on Twitch since every second streamed on Youtube is a wasted opportunity to do it on a platform you'll actually get noticed, so I don't really see Youtube as a good option even with the few things it does have over Twitch. I've seen too many people swap from Youtube to Twitch and immediately do better in numbers and payouts as well as getting to interact with more vtubers which always leads to them enjoying themselves more.

Update on the ads: After fighting with a certain schizo for a while it seems I'm back to being in control of /vt/. Ads on other boards are doing well too. I mean her company is doing fine given they are only a month old. The only other startup I follow is PRISM and they were at about this during their first month before any new gens. It is a climb but all it takes is clippers or someone to blow up and it’ll carry everyone. She has twice the viewers right now as one of the biggest PRISM agents Iku (44k subs). Lumi is pushing along just fine, I just wish the clippers came faster
