I kinda fucked up, but even so to deal with the stress I would recommend instead of watching stuff you go and do exercise. Every time you watch something you still "wont be in the mood" and keep pushing back and procrastinating by trying to forget with funny videos.
Instead just run or do skipping or something for 5 minutes whenever you feel the intense urge to give up, it works far far better regarding your juicy brain chemicals. Just make sure to rest your brain a small bit before the exam starts
