I decided 3 years of school was enough and I'd worked a job in my field for 2 years during my time there. Left the college town after another 3 months of being a nocturnal neet after leaving school, and am now back home looking for a job in my hometown.
Perseverance has been key, though. I've found a great amount of understanding about my place in the world, I've reevaluated what's important to me, and I've done a solid job coping with the depression and anxiety relapses. Relapses happen after shit happens, so I've always figured it's important to give yourself time.
We succeed or fail by our own devices. Life is what you make of it, anons. As long as we persevere and keep working toward the future we want, then everything will end up right where it belongs.
