The viewing angle of the train interior does not really fit to the background. Too much of the whole image is filled with the blurry foreground. Using a blurry foreground should probably just be some frame and not the center of the image.
Also, the background image's style does not fit to the foreground. This might be due to using that Bierstadt painting as the background. Real pictures might work better.

>>6844079There's still a thick frame, but a better balance. If you want to have a person in this image's foreground, just use like one arm, half of the torso and the head at the sides, such that the body parts are one with the frame and do not take up the center. In my mind that looks better.
