I've met other athletes that have had the same issues, most of them turned into huge pot heads when their sport season ended and they didn't have to play anymore. Summing up the working class like that is kind of ridiculously stupid too, i guarantee most of the people in working class have had existential crises. I don't know too much about outgoing sociable people, but there's a few quotes i've seen that say the louder the person the louder the cry for help and shit like that.
To sum it up, everyone can have an existential crisis.
