That said, if you take this to the IMT thread, you should be able to request those photshop pros to sharpen the image, and clean up things such as the cop car on the left, as well as the body armor pieces, and the hand effects. Once that's done, you can proceed to cropping out the top and bottom, then replacing it with a solid teal blue background (if simplicity is something you're akin to)
