Always makes me feel.. weirdly comfy.
One thing that is great about this photo is that it's take from a perspective of someone on a second floor of some house (like the ones in the photo), but at the same time you don't see the insides.
So you kinda don't feel intimidated by the rain, but you still get the emotion.
Plus the suburbian feel...
