now write some text, it creates its own layer automatically
go to yout toolbox (the box with all the tools in it)
vcr osd mono should be somewhere at the bottom of the font list (you can also type it in)
select text and, in the toolbox, select the font you downloaded and set the colour to white
if you're doing 1080p, I think I used fontsize 90
now you can type in some text, remember to use your toolbox or it will forget your settings when you try to edit the text
once you're done with the text grab the rectangle selection tool and make a nice box for the text
make a new layer and drag it to where its just under the text layer
now fill it in with the bucket tool

now right click any layer and press f, this will merge all the layers
go to the top again and open the filters tab
go to distorts and select shift
now adjust the ammount of shiftig to be done
I like either 5 or 10
wait for it
now go to the same tab, distortions, select video
it should be on striped and additive should be checked, keep it like that and press ok
thats pretty much it
save if you want to keep playing around with it and then export
make sure to export as jpg and slide up the quality to 100
It's done
this is the last image done in this style that isn't fashwave, made it for my phone
i'll definitely keep making more of just scenery moving on tho
