Recommend me some good anime that
>is funny
>has little to no romance (no focus on cute stuff in general, i got tired of it for some reason)
>has good (enough) animation
I feel like i have watched everything that fits the bill, i just download shit, watch few minutes then drop it

Subjective, but here's a few I thought were good.

Irresponsible Captain Tylor (it has romance scenes but is usually played off as a joke, the first episode is actually the worst for this but it improves from there)
Cromartie High School
Saiki K
Space Dandy (more action than comedy but has many comedic moments, also two episodes revolving romance if that's a thing you want to avoid)
Level E
Golden Boy (more comedic ecchi scenes than romance)

Some might not hit your "good animation" demand but I'm sure you can look past it. All of these have dubs too if that helps.

Uhhh, alright here's a few more I can suggest.

The Legend of Koizumi
Mr. Tonegawa: Middle Management Blues (requires knowledge of the anime Kaiji to really appreciate, but just throwing it out there as I found it hilarious)
Slayers/Slayers Next
Kyou kara Ore wa!!
Detroit Metal City
City Hunter (deals with romance pretty much every episode, but it's more "main character wants to fuck x, never does" and usually gets punished for it, tons of action and quite funny)

Can't really think of any others, maybes Outlaw Star and Trigun but there isn't *that* much comedy in them but they can be funny from time to time.

Haven't seen the others, but Golden Boy was meh and outside of animation Space Dandy was terrible.

How about posting a list of what you did watch? That way anons won't have to guess what to recommend.
Personally I'd recommend the OG Bocchi if you didn't watch that before.
