Hello,
A Belgian friend of mine, a huge fan of Uma Musume, can't play the game because of regulations. Sometimes I stream the game for him, but what he really wants is to be able to play this amazing game with me.

We tried using Steam by buying a NordVPN account, clearing the Steam cache and files, disabling IPv6, and using a private browsing window, but it didn't work.

We tried using the Bluestacks app with ProtonVPN, NordVPN with NordLynx Protocol enabled, OpenVPN TCP with Obfuscated, and Windscribe with "ROBERT" enabled, but nothing works. We downloaded the game's APK via Qooapp, but that didn't change anything.

What did we do wrong? How can we allow my friend to finally play this great game? (If he manages to play it, he'll finally understand why we should vote for this game for GOTY.)
