That's something I'd play to be honest(If it was text only, for...reasons), just sounds nice and comfy, although I'm not sure what system would have ALL the options while also capturing the fast pace of Overwatch properly. Unless one assumes that said fast pace only exists because you play as the Heroes in-game? In that case more games would fit for playing the scrubs. What bonuses would each character give as advisors though, I wonder?
Being honest, it might be worth a giggle to see Not!Genji getting his face shoved in by Gabriel "I eat 3d6 enemies per turn" Reyes...then you feel bad because that guy is off to character creation.
And I agree, while Overwatch doesn't have Megacorps screwing everyone quite on that scale YET, it's getting there. That and all the world's governing bodies are equally as useless as in Shadowrun. ("HURR HOW DO TELEPORTERS WORK" UN and their being reviled so much they need -PMCs- to guard their old based because them doing it would make the public reeeeee I guess?)
