I’ve actually had a lot of fun with the event this year (sorry to leave you hanging on that; I’ve let it slip my mind in the past few weeks due to reasons I won’t get into because they’re kinda close to home and irrelevant to this thread).
>>3272586 was right; the mode makes her quite enjoyable, and it was nice to hear new things from her again. I’m the kind of person who has a -lot- of trouble appreciating the small things whenever I think there’s a problem with the “bigger picture”, so it’s admittedly bittersweet, but still; it’s been a nice experience this month, and I’ve got my fingers crossed for next year.
