This version is more adult-oriented, with a much darker story about a ghostly bride tormented by her phantom father in a cutthroat western town (the attraction is located in the park’s equivalent of Frontierland; stories about the American Old West are apparently quite popular in France), a sweeping orchestral score, and ghosts that are more ghoulish and cadaverous. And the icing on top: narration provided by none other than Vincent Price.
