R5 vs Z8, R5 is simply superior. Had you posted the chart with the Z8 included your self-own would be even more obvious. At some ISOs it's a full stop behind and it doesn't even have a real shutter, it's no competition.

If you want to freeze movement you need the higher ISOs. It's almost always better to shoot at a higher ISO than to raise exposure in post.
