“Right, first things first we’ve got to call up all of our forces get every man who can hold a spear drilled and ready to fight.” Prince Jinom says coming up on his brother’s right. “Although I wouldn’t say no to a raid on the enemy right now, just when they think we’ve slunk off to lick our wounds.”
“That’s all well and good Jinom, but we should consider matters of logistics first.” The Queen says stepping up to the table. “The Royal Treasury and Armory are in the hands of the enemy right now, meaning they have all the money and weapons they could need and we have neither. We should focus on finding a place to set up and start stockpiling all the material of war we will be needing. I have the feeling that this conflict will not be resolved in a campaign season.”
“Well said your grace,” says a voice from the shadows. All three Royals jump as Impa steps out of the shadows.
“Impa,” Rohm sighs in relief. “When did you get back?”
“Just now, and I bring news. One of your soldiers, a Captain Laro, has made contact with one of my people in the capitol. He reports the Gerudo King has set him and the other prisoners to work on a special project researching ancient legends of Hyrule. He says he will keep us updated on what he finds as well as on any plans of the enemy that he overhears.”
“Laro is alive? Well, that’s a relief to hear. He was a well trusted member of the castle guard I’m sure anything he brings us will be helpful.”
“Indeed your majesty. My people will double check to be certain, but I too believe this Captain Laro will be useful to us. Other than that, the Sheikah stand ready to assist you my liege.”
“Right then, our first step should be…”
