ITT: Post childhood Holy Grails

The Seaduck plane from Tailspin.

This was in the toy chest in the playroom of a church I used to go to daycare at and I loved it so much. One of these days I'm just going to bit the bullet and get it on eBay.

I have way more figures than I have display space.

Naturally you just rotate them out. But what do you guys do with the toys not on display or that you currently don't have space for?
In an ideal world you have the original box and just place them back. But sometimes that can be inconvenient if you plan to rotate frequently Worse still is that you just might not have the boxes anymore. So where do you store the toys, especially smaller ones, where they can still be protected?

I've been wrapping them in bubble wrap and putting them in miscellaneous cardboard boxes but this can't conitnue. There HAS to be a better solution. Any ideas?

Like not even just Nerf guns. Cap guns, airsoft (if you can call those toys), even off-brand dart guns like picrel, which I think are probably cooler than Nerf design-wise. I am a grown ass man btw.

I just wanna get this one. I have already... Several duplicates. Of ones I don't like too. I also do not find collecting fun
