How am I supposed to start an unresponsive yoyo? When i try to snap start it into a bind, it doesnt have the speed to actually bind. I've been manually winding it all day,

Got this bad boy as a Christmas gift today and so far, I think it's pretty sick. Haven't opened him yet but despite it not being mainline Bowser, the heftiness and detailing is awesome. Hello /toy/, I need some help removing some newspaper spots from a figure.
I tried isopropyl and acetone.
The isopropyl didn't work, the acetone did work but also removed part of the paint.

Those are just the ones I'm most familiar with due to my own collection, but I'm sure there's abunch more I'm not mentioning, there's a ton of 3rd party options in the DBZ and Transformers scenes that rival or surpass the "official" lines.
