Hi everyone, my nickname is Greedo3:16 and I've been thinking about it and decided to make a custom figure of Jun Sekibayashi from the anime Kengan Ashura (since I loved the anime/manga). I chose this Blanka figure as a base; I just need to make a few modifications, cut out some parts, and paint the skin. Any advice?

Articulated everything? Fingers, legs, anybrand. I'd even ask you to list all that is so in brand I suppose. But let's not.
Anonymous
>>11660770 >>11660797 Transformers Masterpieces don't have fully articulated fingers, just partially. And those hands are third party add ons, they're not included with the figure.
Anonymous
>>11660831 I had MP-01 Optimus, and he 100% had fully-articulated fingers.
Anonymous
>>11660837 Your definition of fully articulated is pretty different from mine then, because I still own MP-01 and his hands ara a joke compared to SoC GaoGaiGar, pic related. MP-01 thumb is just a solid piece on a balljoint and the individual fingers are molded in a curved pose and just have a single joint at the base. GGG has three joints per finger plus they can be slightly splayed.
Even Armada Unicron has more finger joints than MP-01.

It is now a bannable offense to make the /BST/ thread. Effectively banning buying, selling, and trading. Something that has been done here at /toy/ for years with no issues. If you have ever bought or sold anything using the /BST/ thread let out misguided Mod(s) know how you feel about this.

>inb4 see you tomorrow Looking over the past year at the toys I’ve picked up and making my top 10 list, everything on it is objectively great engineering, articulation, paint, etc. But as I sit here looking at these figures, I feel nothing. Even picking them up and moving them around has about as much entertainment value as a fidget spinner after 30 seconds. I think it’s time for me to pack it in and sell everything, including my childhood toys. This isn’t a financial decision it’s a mental health one. Toys aren’t even an escape anymore they’re just another anxiety factor nowadays because you have to constantly be plugged in just to have a chance to give these corporations your money. I don’t know what I’m going to do to pass the time. I’ll probably start working out daily again and getting back in shape. But I’d just like to thank all of you except Jarret. Suck my dick you fucking faggot. I hope the rest of you have a very Merry Christmas. Goodbye.

>>11657027 That's the fucked-up part. The overwhelming majority of people buying that shit are still White dudes even though the people who make that shit hate them and want them ethnically cleansed out of the fandom. And they always have excuses for why they keep going with "THEY'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT ME! THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT RACISTS!" No, dumb fuck. They're 100% talking about you, whcih they percieve as racist just because you exist and your kind created this hobby that those other fuckers covet.
>>11660864 >you get nothing of value That's of course arguable. I admit that I just tossed shit in the trash that I once percieved as having some sort of value only to re-evaluate that later, but there's also a lot of stuff that I'd never do that to.

Also this is the same guy who used to be (is still?) against toe hinges and butterflies because "they don't add anything and only look ugly".
His articulated figure line that he was going to wow the entire world with is also dead in the water.
