I have been thinking about getting the gaburevolver or getting the gokaiger or the gekiranger which one is better

Greetings /toy/, I come to you with two thread topics today, for which I will make one thread asking both things.

One: do you know how to get a toy line idea off the ground? I have a really good idea for a line of action figures that I probably should have had the clarity to pursue twenty years ago, it's long overdue and even now would revitalize the action figure market. That's all the details I'm going to give you about it in this post. Unless you can give me enough details about how to actualize this idea to persuade me to share more.

My next question, is if any of you know what I'm talking about when I search for a 2003 action figure of Batman holding the Joker up by the neck during an interrogation, and the Joker is wearing a straightjacket? I thought the figure seemed controversial at the time with the Joker being defenseless, but I'm sure that action figure contributed to the Joker interrogation scene from 2008 and would love to buy that figure for my desk.

Is there a database online that lists every action figure ever released in America?

Why are so many Japanese hobby sites against canceling preorders or give you a hassle if you do? American sites don't care. Is it a culture thing?

Thoughts on these? Always enjoyed them and thought they were neat, but outside of Polly Pocket, they don't really seem to be made anymore
