It has character upgrades and stuff plus you get to power up with those crazy powers. Yes, I wan't to kill things with "Massive Fajitas" and "Broccoli Tornado". No, I don't want to have to collect physical DLC to beat a game on the phone. (I do collect he physical DLC tho.)
