>>53023619the big issue hanging over BW is that outside of the story, they have very little to offer. all of the side features rely on multiplayer or online that doesn't exist anymore. so if the narrative doesn't grab you, it's an all around banal experience. Gen 5 is my favorite gen, but I understand why most people wrote it off after playing BW.
BW2 has both a better story and more substantial side content, which is why they're in the golden trinity of pokemon and the originals aren't.
