https://youtu.be/DGZz_zdb7hoDid no one else find this response INCREDIBLY disrespectful? I get that she's afraid of her fans, and I sympathize with that, but the other things she said were extremely cold. Watch any of the hololive concerts or the sports festival: you see all these talents as one big group, working together and interacting. When a new generation is announced, all the previously debutted talents are excited and welcome them in. They're not strangers, but coworkers and possible friends. Within generations talents interact with each other and form strong bonds. When new talents have trouble making friends, senpai like Matsuri and Marine reach out to them and help them grow. They're a big interconnected group of friends, sometimes closer to a family.
And how does Noel describe Holostars? Unrelated to her. Different branch; not my problem. There's no connection between us.
If she was talking about Nijisanji this would be true and appropriate, but it's not because Holostars is clearly part of Hololive. The fact that they're managed by a different branch is a wholly unrelated. She admits feeling bad for them, indicating that she still sees them as coworkers like the girls. Despite this, she lies and pretends like they're strangers. Again, I sympathize with her predicament, but pushing them out of the hololive brand like this conveys that they're not deserving of them same aforementioned environment that she and the female talents benefit from. This is easily the cruelest thing I've heard from a talent.
