Accents are very hard to translate into writing with the notable exception of the very blatant ones. Wolverine's slightly canadian accent isnt in everyone's mind but Gambit's french one is iconic. Ironically is the game with Korone vs say Fubuki's accent
If i were you, i would mention how Shiori has that lisp and then carry on, maybe throwing a "her lisp acting up" after emphasizing it
