>>68673427I'm glad to have had a proper discussion too, penning thoughts is important because too often actual discussion, good or bad gets answered in bad faith. I will say one thing though, how much of it is on the livers, that is also up in the air. They probably needed to be more pro-active in their approach and consolidate themselves into striking out, realistically but they were probably too scared of corporate or led on by promises from on high. They would need a lot of strong people to take a stance like that the way Sasaki did prior, because a talent agency cannot make revenue without it's talents cooperation and that kind of pressure probably would get them in a bit of short term trouble but they'd force the executives to look internally at what they'd need to fix. I can understand them not wanting to stand our because it's a real risk, like a job losing risk. The whole reason I'm aiming towards starting a company is me and my friends are sick of dealing with corporate overheads and not doing something we actually want to do. But that takes a lot of effort, a lot of skill building, a lot of connections forming and war chest building. Most of them probably were happy just being streamers while some including my kamioshi and my oshi after her were motivated for more. But when you're under pressure of losing your job, you might not see other angles you could take. I am upset we'll probably never get to play Rosemi's game, see her bungee footage, or many of the dreams of our oshis come to fruition. The treatment has been negligent at best, malicious at worst. I'll continue to support my oshis but it remains to be seen if Anykara will actually learn anything from this.
You take care too, anon. I prefer to be optimistic but it's important to have perspective. All I want is to see my oshis happy, whatever form that takes.
