In a straight line it takes like 120ms, but naturally due to network delays and cabling that ends up being 180ms. You add roughly 10ms for encoding and 10ms for decoding.
If Gura and Ame were in the same house, the delay would be about 3ms on the network and the same 10ms encode/decode. In total, the maximum ping delay between Ame and Gura is about 50ms, or about 1/20th of a second.
